What is a Vacation Housekeeping Rental?
A vacation rental is any suite-type lodging that has self-catering facilities (stove,
oven, sink, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) Most of our vacation rentals have
separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, one or more bathrooms, washer and
dryer in the log homes, and a balcony or patio on some. Towels and linens are
provided. Daily maid service is not available - you are responsible for your
own housekeeping. Exchange linen as-needed at the laundry room. Unlike hotels
with per person pricing, there is a set price for an entire vacation rental
with a minimum number of persons allowed and a per person fee for additional
guests. One-bedroom units sleep a maximum of 2 plus 1 child. Two-bedroom
vacation rentals sleep a maximum of four, and three-bedroom vacation rentals
sleep up to 6. The 4 BR and larger houses vary from 8 to 10 capacity. Please
click on the cabin or house descriptions as well as the rates button and
carefully read the vacation rental descriptions to learn the specifics of what
is provided and how many people are allowed. Pets by permission only. No
Smoking in rentals.
