Vacation Homes or Guest Cabins with 3 or more bedrooms: 25
Queen Bed Available: All units. King in 3 Log Homes
Wood Fireplaces: 1 in Cabin 12.
Gas/Log Fireplaces: 6 in cabins.
Smoking: no smoking in units (OK in outside areas).
Television: 30 channels cable in all units.
Wireless internet: Wi-Fi Cloud.
Pets: pets by permission only.

PET REGULATIONS:

Dogs only by advance written permission of manager. Pet fee $15/day or $65/wk. No cats or other birds or beasts. Shot records required showing current rabies vaccination. Proof of liability coverage required (check with your homeowner’s insurance carrier). Current registration and tags. Email, fax or mail this info plus picture of the animal to us for written approval prior to bringing dog to the Texan. Damage waiver/hold harmless release of liability to the Texan is required. For the safety and comfort of other guests dogs must be on lease and your dog poop must be cleaned up on this side of river (doesn't apply across river). $100 charge for policy violation.
