PET
REGULATIONS:
Dogs only by advance written permission of manager. Pet fee $15/day. No cats or other
birds or beasts. For your safety, we recommend you bring shot records
with you while traveling with your pet showing current rabies
vaccination. Also recommend you carry with you proof of liability
coverage (check with your homeowner’s insurance carrier) and current
registration and tags. Email, fax or mail a picture of the animal to us
for written approval prior to bringing dog to the Texan. By agreeing to
these conditions you are agreeing to damage waiver/hold
harmless release of liability to the Texan. For the safety and
comfort of other guests dogs must be on lease and your dog poop must be
cleaned up on this side of river (doesn't apply across river). $150 minimum
charge per pet for any policy violation including damages to property. No
pets left unattended in cabins.
